The power of Truth

Isaiah 55:10For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11So shall My word be that goeth forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

God's word is truth.  It is dedication to the truth that has kept us going through the past 5 years of darkness.  While the bosses and the press serve us great helpings of hatred and lies, we spiritual progressives, peacemakers, stewards of planet earth, have nourished ourselves on the truth, as it has been revealed by brave whistleblowers, ferreted out by honest journalists at risk of their lives, disseminated by a growing corps of internet bloggers.

And the truth shall accomplish God's purpose, which is justice.  The truth brought out by the Downing Street memos and the Valerie Plame investigation shows that Bush lied to get us into Iraq, and retaliated against those who called him a liar by outing a valuable CIA agent and destroying her network, which tracked WMD's.

The truth is prospering the body politic, the ordinary men and women who are suffering under the tyrannical yoke of the Bush corporados.  The truth is prospering the spirit of "we the people", awakening us to the power and authority vested in us by our Constitution.  We are empowered to impeach and convict officials who commit high crimes and misdemeanors while holding offices which "we the people" have entrusted to them, for the purpose of serving us.

The truth is that these officials are serving themselves and their corporate buddies, not the people, and they are destroying the planet as they enrich themselves.  The truth is that we the people have the authority and responsibility to rid the world of these parasites by impeaching them.

It is our responsibility to free the Iraqi people from the yoke of American military domination, which is hurting us by creating a training school for terrrorists.  It is our responsibility to stop global warming, which our "president" claims does not exist.  It is our responsibility to stop the spread of radioactive dust by reclaiming control of our military and forbidding the use of radioactive weaponry.

We the people of the US have a responsibility to clean our own house- no one else can do it for us.  To help with the effort, print out the letter to Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) at this link, collect signatures, and FAX them in.  http://DeepEndNews.com/MEMORANDUM.htm  Let him know that we want him to pursue a resolution of inquiry into impeachable offenses.
