The impeachable acts of President George W. Bush include:

1. Deliberately deceiving the American people and Congress with lies, false statements, and manipulated intelligence, into an illegal war of agression against a sovereign nation for personal and corporate profit.

2. Ordering and directing "first strike" war of aggression against Afghanistan causing thousands of deaths;

3. Removing the government of Afghanistan by force and installing a government of his choice;

4. Authorizing daily intrusions into Iraqi airspace and aerial attacks including attacks on alleged defense installations in Iraq which have killed hundreds of people in time of peace, in an attempt to provoke war;

5. Authorizing, ordering and condoning attacks in Afghanistan and Iraq on civilians, civilian facilities and locations where civilian casualties are unavoidable;

6. Threatening the use of nuclear weapons and ordering preparation for their use;

7. Threatening the peace, independence, and sovereignty of Iraq by an act of unprovoked war, invading the country, killing it's citizens and belligerently proclaiming his personal intention to change its government by force;

8. Authorizing, ordering and condoning assassinations, summary executions, murder, kidnappings, secret and other illegal detentions of individuals, torture and physical and psychological coercion of prisoners;

9. Authorizing, ordering and condoning violations of rights of individuals under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eight Amendments to the Constitution and of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and other international protections of human rights;

10. Authorizing, directing and condoning bribery and coercion of individuals and governments to obtain his war ends;

11. Making, ordering and condoning false statements and propaganda and concealing information vital to public discussion and informed judgment to create a climate of fear and hatred and destroy opposition to his war goals.

Cowardice asks the question: is it safe? Expediency asks the question: is it politic? Vanity asks the question: is it popular? But conscience asks the question: is it right? And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular- but one must take it simply because it is right -- Martin Luther King Jr.

Did President Bush mislead the nation to war?

In a live, unscientific Internet poll, MSNBC readers are overwhelmingly saying yes.

With more than 6,000 votes recorded, the survey shows a lopsided 94 percent believe Bush misled the American people, with only 6 percent saying no....

Exposing False Apostles by Carol Wolman

2 Cor. 11:   12But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.    13For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.    14And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.    15Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

The Downing Street memo proves that Bush "desired occasion wherein he might glory".  He decided to overthrow Saddam and show up his father, who had enough common sense not to throw Iraq into chaos in 1991.  Bush senior warned Dubya not to invade Iraq, but was ignored by his son.

Bush and his cronies are "deceitful workers", who lied about WMD's in Iraq and "fixed the facts and intelligence around the policy" (Downing Street memo).  They transform themselves into apostles of Christ, declaring a new crusade against Muslims- in Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, etc.

Their "end shall be according to their works".  They have made a shambles of the once-advanced country of Iraq, and inflicted untold suffering against that long-suffering people.  They have deceived the American people and bankrupted this nation.

Their fruit is rotten.  Rep. John Conyers is doing all he can to make sure that their end is also rotten- the shame of impeachment, to be followed by conviction, removal from office, and prosecution for their many crimes.

I have been told that the impeachment drive is "too negative".  What could be more positive than ridding ourselves of parasitic liars, who pretend to be "angels of light" and actually line their own pocketbooks?  Did you see that Halliburton (Cheney's corporation) just got a contract to build a new prison at Gitmo?

Help Conyers bring these minions of Satan to the proper end, by circulation the attached letter of support to Conyers, and faxing it to his office at the number given at the top.  Let's expose the false apostles!

This website gives all the speeches that were made at the Conyers hearing yesterday.  Biggest new revelation is the use of napalm, an illegal weapon, against the Iraqi people.  Will God ever forgive us?

We made history yesterday!

Thirty-five Congress Members attended a hearing organized by AfterDowningStreet.org and Congressman John Conyers.  The hearing examined the question of whether there is good cause to investigate possible impeachable offenses by the President in his justification of the war.

Congressman Charles Rangel said at the hearing, "Quite frankly, evidence that appears to be building up points to whether or not the president has deliberately misled Congress to make the most important decision a president has to make, going to war."

Seven Congress Members, immediately after the hearing, proceeded to the White House, where Conyers delivered a letter, bearing 122 Congress Members' signatures and those of 560,000 Americans.  The letter demanded answers to the troubling facts presented in the Downing Street Minutes.  These seven members then joined the AfterDowningStreet.org coalition and several hundred supporters at a rally in Lafayette Square Park.

And we awoke the mainstream media!  They are now asking questions at White House press brifings, writing articles, and chattering away on the broadcast media.

We did all of this in exactly three weeks, and we're exhausted but exhilerated.  However, this is the beginning, not the end, and if we are going to be able to continue, we will need funding.

This is a turning point.
