Subject: Ohio re-count... take action Rep. Conyers has called for 1 million emails

Whether the results are over-turned -- although it would be nice -- or not ... I do encourage you to send emails or call (see below for details) your representatives and demand all votes be counted ... As i've said, this is a voter issue and we as American citizens should be concerned about our votes getting accurately counted.. While there are tens of thousands of eye witness reports and complaints we cannot allow this kind of thing to go on ... it has got to stop !

For decades certain voters have been harassed, intimidated, disenfranchised, and discouraged to vote. .. I do not care what colour, race, nationality if they are are a legitimate VOTER then
they should have their votes counted. Moreover, the damn machines are unreliable they need fixing or tossed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyhow links for updates:

all sorts of curious things are going on in Ohio:
December 18, 2004: This is a recount report from Cuyahoga County, Ohio, where anomalies were found. Almost all of the witnesses felt that the ballots were not in random order, that they had been previously sorted.

December 18, 2004: This is a recount report from Coshocton County, Ohio, where vote totals were distributed to witnesses with the apparent intention of misleading them..............

The latest development is that Rep. Conyers has called for 1 million emails to Members of Congress to ask for a formal Judiciary Committee hearing, complete with the subpoena power that only the GOP majority can provide. Please send your emails today, and tell your friends to email as well. Messages to your own Senators and Representative, as a constituent, are the most effective. Send your message to both your Congressman and two Senators today!

n his opening statement at the Congressional Forum on Wednesday, Rep. Conyers asked us all to take action in support of his efforts to investigate the 2004 election irregularities in Ohio by contacting: (1) Secretary of State Blackwell, and (2) James Sensenbrenner, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. Please respond to Rep. Conyer's request for a strong showing of support by concerned voters. With all three branches of government under one-party rule, only a strong message from America's voters will get results.
Please send comments and information about your events to us at greenrecount@yahoo.com. Thanks, as always, for your support. We couldn't do it without our 6,000+ donors and 3,000+ volunteers!  more updates

Massachusetts Coalition against Election Fraud accomplished having some Electoral College Electors submit a unanimous Motion calling for a complete investigation of this presidential election. We are now working on having United States senators join a group of United States Representatives in not certifying the electoral College vote on January 6.

As a result of my life as a lawyer, my strong belief in the rule of law as the bedrock of democracy, and my experience as a voter protection hotline volunteer in Ohio from October 30th through November 2nd, I have devoted my blog to covering and assisting grassroots activism seeking to (a) set aside the fraudulent results of the 2004 Ohio "election" and (b) investigate and prosecute the crimes committed in that "election" against the citizens of Ohio, the American people, and our American way of life. The evidence is overwhelming that the election in Ohio was stolen. If we permit a second presidential election to be stolen, the rule of law, and with it democracy, are gravely imperilled in this country.
with eye witness accounts:
It seems to us that the tampering with the vote counting equipment demands greater scrutiny of the Mercer County results. In addition to this activity, which is on its face suspicious, we were denied access to the poll registry and the 3% of ballots to be recounted were already selected in advance. To give an appearance of randomness, two precincts with vote totals closest to the 3% required were preselected, and then a coin was tossed to choose which one to recount. This was a meaningless sham of course.
